Our Managed Cloud Services (MCS) is where we take over the management of your IT operations and move it to the cloud, by way of implementing the appropriate technologies that will help streamline your company's workflow. This is a fixed monthly priced agreement that is tailored to the of the organization, which covers the following areas:
Virtual Corporate Environment (VCE) / Virtual Corporate Network (VCN)
With the proliferation of working from home, most small business are stuck with figuring out how to accommodate their workforce in meeting the requirements of giving them the right equipment and tools that conform to their corporate standards. While most small businesses are still trying to figure a way to move forward, especially with working from employees, the burden does not have to be on their owners or management teams to come up with solution, that's where we come in to help. The good news is that we have packaged a set of service solutions that helps bridge the gap of accommodating the needs while also saving on the total cost of ownership (TCO). The fact is you do not want your employees using their own personal home computers to do work-related tasks - it is not a long term amicable solution for any smart business. With our virtual corporate environment/network (VCE/VCN), we deliver virtual desktop as a service (VaaS) to each of your employee so they can work in a standardized corpo rate environment, using a robust virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platform that is in a secure public cloud. Email & Web Hosting
Email is an essential part of doing business now-a-day, it not only allows business owners and their employees to communicate, but symbolizes a perceived level of professionalism, where if someone has an email address of his/her own business domain name (i.e. yourname@yourdomain.com) on their business card and other communication media, they are perceived more professional than someone who's using a generic email address (i.e. Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.). Perception is key when it comes to marketing, that's why it is important for small business owners to have their unique online presence (domain names and email addresses) in this competitive world. You may be surprised that something as simple as using an online presence that is unique to your business could be a tie breaking in a competitive bid - it is more than likely the case. We take over all the headache of setting up your online presence - from acquiring the domain name, to setting up the hosting and configuring the email and web services, all while you focus on running your daily operations.
Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS) - Some businesses already have investments, in terms of equipment, tools, etc. and have built internal network and systems over the years, which cannot just be discarded in order to move all things to the Cloud. The already have client-server environments that are still up to par with current technology and not wanting to upgrade or migrate to the Cloud at the given moment - which is where our Managed Infrastructure Services (MIS) package comes in handy. This is a group of services that are rendered on a fixed monthly price basis.
Network setup (small business platform) - We work mostly with Cisco Small Business line of products (ISR and RV series) to rapidly bring up networks for small and medium businesses.
Microsoft – Cloud
Cloud – Entra ID (Azure, Active Directory) - We can setup your online identity management system by integrating your on-premise Active Directory with Microsoft's cloud. This will enable users on your local domain to have access to cloud-based application and services. Cloud – Azure, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) We can setup the native Azure multi-factor authentication (MFA) as a way of validating users or integrate your current single sign-on (SSO) solution with Azure Active Directory. Call or email us for details.
Cloud – Azure, Others - All other Azure related work, in terms of configuration and administration tasks.
Cloud - Office365, Exchange Online - We can setup your cloud-based Microsoft Exchange environment or connect your existing on-premise environment to Microsoft Exchange Online in a hybrid cloud setup. With the hybrid cloud solution, you can migrate mailboxes to the cloud and reverse-migrate from the cloud back to your on-premise environment, if there is an issue with mailbox accessibility.
